Mike joined Oxygen Finance as its CEO, Americas in 2012 after more than 30 years building successful companies. Mike is an innovative executive who builds world-class teams that, in his words,''deliver on their promises.'' Mike came to Oxygen Finance because ''it’s solution is perfect for today’s new and changing financial environment; providing both organizations and their suppliers financial benefits with little risk and high satisfaction''. Over the last 20 years, Mike has been successful building companies around emerging and innovative trends where he has founded and/or been CEO of four companies; each being acquired by a larger publicly-traded entity. Mike started his career with the IBM Corporation.
Senior Vice President & GM
Egan Christensen has 25 years in executive leadership positions globally, providing general management in services, delivery, technology and sales roles; including Hitachi Data Systems International and Dell Worldwide. An experienced executive with delivery and implementation of P2P systems and Cloud-based technologies on a global basis, including the worldwide implementation of Oracle in 130 countries over 8 different operating environments.
Senior Vice President of Sales
David Roudebush joined Oxygen Finance Americas as its Senior Vice President of Sales for North and South America in November 2012. David is a 25-year Sales and General Management executive with a successful track record delivering innovative go-to-market strategies and explosive revenue production. His past roles included positions as Vice President of Sales and Services for Peregrine Systems (sold to HP), Business Resource Group and Promisec. David also served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Planet Associates (a metropolitan and enterprise-wide IT infrastructure management company). David served in the US Navy for 5-years and brings a career that spans all aspects of discipline, business consulting, sales, marketing and general management.
Senior Vice President
Josh Lavinsky comes to Oxygen Finance from J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was Vice President of B2B Payments Strategy. Josh brings over 25 years of experience in product strategy, development and support for Fortune 100s. Josh is responsible for identifying new payment products, building stronger integration between bank products and the development of external partnerships. Josh has managed Global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions for JP Morgan Chase and the Walt Disney Company. He has also held several senior positions at Lockheed Martin focused on business process re-engineering, supply chain collaboration and reduced operating costs.
Vice President of Delivery
Ralph Nitsch comes to Oxygen Finance with more than 20 years of services sales, delivery strategy, solutions development, business process re-engineering and application migration expertise. Global experience and key leadership roles with Dell, Data Return and American Airlines provides deep global management and delivery experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ralph obtained a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Texas and holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL certifications.
Vice President of Supplier Solutions
Julie joined Oxygen Finance Americas as Vice President, Supplier Solutions in May 2014 and brings 20 years of experience leading Supplier Enablement, Customer Success and Business Development teams for Fortune 500 Financial Services and Technology firms. Most recently, Julie was with Ariba, an SAP Company, where she led Supplier Enablement delivering the global strategy and operations for onboarding and integration of suppliers onto the Ariba Network. Previous to Ariba/SAP, Julie was Head of Relationship Management, Order to Pay at J.P. Morgan Chase, responsible for driving customer growth and success on the e-invoice and payment network. She also held various leadership positions at J.P. Morgan and American Express.
Regional Vice President
Susan Tweedy joined Oxygen Finance Americas as Regional Vice President of Sales in July 2013. Susan has over 20 years of professional services experience, selling, implementing and managing financial accounting, supply chain and business intelligence systems. Prior to joining Oxygen Finance, Susan held past roles as an Auditor, Director of Business Development, and VP of Alliances for Deloitte, Andersen, BMC Software, and Hitachi Consulting. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit entities and public sector accounts. Susan is a licensed CPA and holds a Masters in Professional Accounting, with a concentration in Audit, from the University of Texas at Austin.
Director of Product Development, Programs & Security
Steve Hardwick started with Oxygen in June of 2012 and has over 25 years of senior management experience in product management and program development for sales operations, services implementation and information security. Steve specializes in working with clients and partners on a global scale developing end-to-end solutions where he has developed and implemented complex programs for multi-national organizations. He was previously at Trend Micro, Dell and Siemens, where he specialized in delivering deep knowledge and thought leadership around global information security and data center standards, ERP systems and engineering management. Steve is CISSP certified and has a strong background in security technology, certifications and best practices.
